From consumer goods to services, e-Stores have become a universal language among the businesses in Nigeria. Easier accessibility to the Internet by the consumers or users of various products or services and falling cost of data have been adduced as part of factors contributing to the adoption. These factors have also created easier ways of collecting customers’ money other than cash. With this foreground, we studied how auto parts dealers at Ladipo, a popular automobile parts market in the commercial city of Lagos, can generate their first set of customers if they move to online sales channel –e-Store.
